Subscription policy

Before you subscribe

To use member features, register an account and complete checkout with a valid payment method.

If you are unsure, cancel before the trial or billing period ends.

Pricing is shown before any payment is taken.

Subscription and auto-renewal

Subscriptions renew monthly. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

To cancel:

1. Log in to your account
2. Open your profile
3. Go to Membership
4. Choose Cancel subscription

After you cancel, the plan stays active until the end of the current period. No further charges are made.

If a renewal has already been billed, that charge still applies. Cancel early if you might not continue.

Payment

Cards are processed by the checkout provider. ShortRoam does not store your full card number. Access starts after payment succeeds.
